Frequently Asked Questions
Once you have all of the items you want in your shopping bag click on the shopping cart in the far right corner. All of the items you have chosen will appear in a list and you can adjust the quantities if needed. If you have already registered with us before, sign in using your email address and the password you have created for the account. If you do not have an account, follow the steps to create an account and continue with the checkout process. Enter your shipping and billing information and review your order. After the checkout is complete, you will receive an order number to later track your package.
The availability of the item is listed in the product details on the product page; all colors and available sizes will be shown and are able to be added to your cart. Each piece is a custom piece and will not come back in stock once it has been sold out. Get your favorite pieces when they are available, as they may not restock.

Returns and Exchanges
Being that each item is hand made and essentially a custom item, all returns must be pre-approved by Blake Olivia LLC and received within (14) business days of authorization of the return. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for more information regarding returns and exchanges. A return authorization is required on all items and REFUNDS ARE NOT ISSUED. A refund will only be issued if you receive a damaged item, please notify customer service immediately of any damages within 7 days; damages are store credit only. Blake Olivia LLC must receive a returned product before a store credit is issued. The customer is responsible for shipping costs on returned items and said processing fees, unless waived when authorization is approved. Please be very sure of your sizes and measurements when ordering as refunds will not be processed unless the piece arrives damaged or is absolutely unbearable, refer to our size chart in product details. ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.
Shipping and Verification
When placing your order, please make sure that you use the billing address and contact information as it appears on your credit statement. In the event that your information does not match exactly what your credit card has on file, your order may be held pending verification. This may require us to contact your directly. When specifying shipping address information, be sure to check that the zip code, city and state are correct. If according to delivery service's records, this information does not match their records, we may have to contact you to update this information and this may delay your order.
You will receive a shipping notification email that will notify you of your tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking to be updated.
